What You'll Do
You will report to the Manager: Regional Desktop Operations
Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
Troubleshoot issues across Windows 11, Apple and virtual operating systems
Track and manage hardware and software inventory
Support users with MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme, which runs for 12 months
This role is based in the Cape Town/ Centurion offices, with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office
