What you'll do

• You will report to the Manager: Regional Desktop Operations
• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
• Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows 11, Apple and virtual operating systems
• Track and manage hardware and software inventory
• Support users with MS Office tools installation and troubleshooting
• You will be part of the 2026 Graduate Programme , which runs for 12 months
