Desktop Support Administrator

We are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator who will:

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems
• Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security
• Proactively identify process gaps and recommend solutions
• Track and manage hardware and software inventory
• Provide provisioning and support for printers and mobile devices
• Collaboratively resolve client requests and technical issues with team members, partners and vendors
• Document all trouble tickets with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures
• Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided
• Determine the scope of the trouble ticket and the responsible department
