Location: Mountain View, CA (5 days onsite)

Overview

Hands-on Desktop Support role in a fast-paced corporate IT environment. Mac-heavy environment, but still supporting both Mac and Windows systems. Strong focus on desk-side troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and day-to-day employee support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Manage ticket queue (ServiceNow)
  • Provide desk-side support (devices, peripherals, setups)
  • Support laptop lifecycle (imaging, repairs, secure wipes)
  • Support iOS and Android devices
  • Assist with VPN, Wi-Fi, and user access issues


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years Desktop Support experience
