Job Description – Desktop Support Engineer (Level 2) Job Summary Desktop Support Level 2 Engineer provides advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware and software. The role includes troubleshooting complex issues, supporting users onsite and remotely, handling escalations from Level 1, and ensuring high availability of end-user computing services.
