Job Description

Required Candidate
 Profile: Good experience in handling IT Desktop support functions
Must have hands on experience to install, configure and troubleshoot the IT infrastructure equipments such as PCs, Laptops, Printers, Networking (LAN/WAN)
Must have hands on experience with various Desktop management, asset management, network security & remote access tools
Customer service awareness and skills are preferred
Certifications Required: 
 MCDST, MCITP, MCP
Professional Qualification: 
 3 year Technical Diploma / Science Graduates
Experience: 2 to 4 years
