Shiftwork including overtime, weekends and Public Holidays.

Matric, A+ and N+ qualifications, plus 1 years working experience in Desktop support / IT support role required. Based at the National Retail Head Office, you will offer support to 650 retail stores, Head office and Distribution Centre. Must have good communication skills, patience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities include:

• Set up of computers (hardware and software)


• Installation of computers and networking


• Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
