Responsibilities
•Provide expert remote desktop support to ensure smooth and efficient operations for all users.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
•Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective support strategies.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in desktop support.
•Ensure all support requests are logged and tracked in the system for accurate reporting and analysis.
•Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency and reduce support requests.
•Oversee the installation and configuration of desktop systems and software applications.
•Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions.
