The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support our government customer located in Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provide enterprise level support for Tier II Desktop and some network NEC Baseline Support requirements and mission support as required.

+ Support other NEC Baseline service requests and cyber security as required.

+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain NIPR computer systems island wide.

+ Install and configure approved-for-use common user desktop software on unclassified desktop systems.
