Desktop Support Technician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user technical support within a modern workplace environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Windows-based devices, Microsoft 365, and device management solutions, ensuring seamless IT operations and a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Support and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 (M365) services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Perform device provisioning, configuration, and management using modern device management tools (e.g. Intune/Endpoint Manager)
