Desktop Technician

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Desktop Support Technician to support our daily IT operations and ensure smooth end-user experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and support operating systems (Windows, macOS) and business applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS-related issues efficiently
Set up and deploy new devices, including system imaging and software installation
Manage IT asset inventory and software license tracking
Apply security patches, updates, and enforce IT security policies
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware and software support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
