Overview

Job responsibilities encompass providing installation, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac and other authorized desktop software/applications; managing End User Workspace hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video and conferencing equipment, and other authorized peripherals; performing preventative maintenance; and supporting hardware moves as directed by Subject Matter Experts.
