Job Description
Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching for deliveries and pickups.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver assignments, delivery schedules, route maps, and client interactions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance/treasure/others, to optimize delivery routes and pickups.
Promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues or concerns related to deliveries.
Send & collect documents or others from customer office, government department, banks & other location that required.
Perform bank transaction with authorization.
Make statutory payments and bills timely.
Performance admin duties when needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM, High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
