We are looking for a Key Dessert Chef to play a hands-on role in shaping this next chapter.

This is not a line-cook role.
This is a builder role for someone who wants ownership, responsibility, and long-term growth.

The Role

As the Key Dessert Chef, you will work closely with the founder and operations team to:

• Lead dessert product development and refinement (cookies, baked desserts, plated or retail-ready items)
• Drive R&D for new SKUs suitable for retail, gifting, and flagship store formats
• Standardise recipes, portions, and production processes
• Support production planning with consistency, qualit...
