Dessert Chef

We are looking for an experienced Dessert Chef to join our takeaway dessert shop. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of desserts and hot beverages with consistency, hygiene, and good presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present desserts including:
• Pancakes
• Waffles
• Chocolate Lava Cake
• Lotus Cheesecake
• Cupcakes
• Kunafa
• Sundaes
• Prepare hot beverages: Coffee, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate
• Ensure taste consistency and quality control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Manage basic prep work and ingredients
• Follow standard recipes and portion control
• Coordinate with counter staff during peak hours

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dessert Chef / Bakery Chef
• Experience with cakes, waffles, pancakes, and desserts
