Destruct Operator

Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Destruct Operator in our Sylacauga, Alabama Stamping Facility. The Destruct Operator is responsible for supporting the production weld department the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior destruct experience, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities:


+ The Destruct Associate is responsible for supporting Production – Weld department.

+ Daily Weld Destruct support to Production. Cutting, destructing, and measuring parts as required

+ Supporting and promoting open communication with Quality Lead Hand and/or Supervisor as Quality concerns arise

+ WD clerical functions, IE – data input, maintaining, generating and storing files
