Detail Lead / Prep Lead

Resolute performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a Detail Lead / Prep Lead to help support
and lead our shop operations.

This is a hands-on lead position responsible for organizing and overseeing prep work for upcoming
fabrication. The Detail/Prep Lead works closely with the Shop Foreman to ensure parts are completed
accurately and efficiently, staying 1–2 weeks ahead of production. This role requires someone who takes
initiative, communicates well, and keeps the team moving forward.

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Act as a working lead for the prep/detail team

+ Ensure all materials and parts are organized, prepped correctly, and meet quality standards

+ Assign tasks and provide clear priority lists to prep team members
