Duties & Responsibilities:

 Core Capability (Security Monitoring)

• Monitor the control center systems by analyzing motion triggered alarms and live video feed
• Pay close attention to live video feeds to identify any suspicious or unusual activities.
• Detect and assess potential security threats through vigilant observation of video footage.
• Promptly report any suspicious activities or incidents to the Escalation Management Group for immediate resolution.
• Stay attentive and focused during assigned shifts, ensuring a high level of alertness and responsiveness to potential security threats.
