**Let’s Talk about the Role**

As a key member of our Product Development team, you will provide insights and suggestions and share information to deliver quality products on time at the right cost for the intended performance use. Your work will be performed under general guidance and direction, which may require the initiation of contacts to resolve and discuss mutual problems or collaboration on procedures or transactions. Infrequent overseas development travel may be necessary.

**How You Will Make a Difference**

+ Develop product across multiple genders by product category depending on the seasonal style count and expertise.
+ Participate meetings and execute against the Product expectations for product quality, cost (predictive costing)
+ Own Product specifications, measurements, BOM, Fit creations and maintenance.
