Solution Analyst - PCC Upgrade (Configuration & UI Customization)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Solution Analyst to support a PCC upgrade program, with direct responsibility for importing solutions, cleaning up unsupported components, configuring PCC features, and delivering UI, rules, and reporting changes.

This role is hands-on in PCC Studio and requires strong understanding of entities, views, caselists, rules, and UI behavior. This is not a documentation-only or business-facing analyst role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Import & Upgrade Cleanup

• Import existing solutions into PCC Studio post-upgrade.
• Identify and delete unsupported or deprecated components impacted by the upgrade.
• Validate that solution deployment is successful across environments.
