Developer

Veryfi is hiring a Developer to build WhatsApp bots, run end-to-end loyalty campaigns, and act as a Technical Account Manager for leading CPG brands across LATAM.
This role blends backend engineering, production support, and customer-facing technical ownership.
What you'll do
Build and maintain WhatsApp bots using
Integrate APIs (WhatsApp Cloud API, Veryfi OCR, webhooks, databases)
Implement loyalty logic: points, rewards, validations, anti-fraud
Launch, monitor, and support live campaigns in production
Serve as the technical lead for LATAM clients during campaigns
Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve bot flows
Requirements
3+ years of experience with / Backend development
Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and production systems
Bonus: experience with chatbots, WhatsApp, or automation
Spanish required; English proficiency preferred
Ownership mindset and customer-focused attitude
