Developer - Project Planning Manager / Senior Manager

The Manager / Senior Manager (PMO) Planning & Controls is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development, integration, and high-level governance of end-to-end project master programmes across the property development portfolio. This role ensures absolute alignment between physical project execution, corporate cash flow, stage billing structures, and sales revenue projections. You will act as a key advisor to executive management, proactively identifying systemic risks and proposing commercially viable mitigation strategies to safeguard project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Programme Leadership
Establish and oversee the development of fully integrated project timelines using Microsoft Project , ensuring standardized WBS, dependency logic, and cost-loading across all projects.
