Job Description

Responsibilities:  Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation planning, merit cycles, bonuses, stock plans, and allowances 
Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, eligibility rules, compensation packages, and calculation logic for New India Salary Structure 
Design and implement compensation review processes, guidelines, budgets, and approvals 
Develop and maintain calculated fields, business process frameworks, condition rules, and validations 
Support annual compensation cycles, testing, data validation, and end-user training 
Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to ensure best practices and compliance 
Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions 
Create functional design documents and user guides 

Requirements:  Workday Certification in Advanced Compensation (Active)
