The Development Assistant Manager (Developer) is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of both web and mobile applications. This role combines leadership and hands‑on programming responsibilities, providing technical guidance, writing code for critical modules, and ensuring the quality, security, and scalability of applications. The Development Lead coordinates with business analysts, QA, and IT teams, and reports directly to the Head of IT.
