Responsibilities

• Compile and review all market reports related to municipal development cost charges in all relevant markets.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes/notes, and undertake necessary follow-up.
• Assist in site evaluation process for land acquisitions.
• Support senior development team members and complete administrative tasks as required.
• Industrial Condo Transactions: Support Director in coordinating consultant deliverables including, lawyers, brokers, surveyor, and property manager.
