Job Description
1. Project Planning & Coordination
Lead and coordinate end-to-end development processes.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure alignment between design, planning, construction, and commercial teams.
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to management.
2. Consultant & Contractor Management
Appoint and manage consultants (architects, engineers, planners, etc.).
Review and coordinate design submissions and technical documents.
Ensure consultants and contractors meet project deadlines and quality standards.
3. Authority & Compliance Management
Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and submissions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, planning requirements, and statutory guidelines.
