to help lead our growing teams.

You will report directly to the Studio Director and play a central role in enabling teams to deliver high-quality, engaging game experiences on time and at scale. With a strong focus on team health, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, you will be the driving force behind effective workflows, empowered teams, and sustainable production practices.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to motivate people, solve complex problems, and manage both priorities and partnerships will directly shape our studio's success.
