Join the Battlefield team as a Development Director II, leading highly technical Software Engineering teams across the Franchise Tech organization. Your leadership will shape gameplay and player experience across current and future Battlefield titles.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of the team(s), including project planning, reporting, risk management, capacity planning, and efficiency processes.
• Work with team leadership to define strategy and lead execution against milestones and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with partner Delivery Directors to identify and track dependencies across financial, development, analytical, and creative teams.
