Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience as a Development, NPI, or Process Engineer in a semiconductor environment
• Hands-on knowledge of FOL processes such as Die Attach (DA) and Wire Bonding (WB).
• Experience in EOL processes including Molding, DTFS, and Laser Marking.
• Familiar with product development, process qualification, and sustaining support.
