Job Description

Summary:
The Development Engineer role will be part of the RF Solutions Business of Rogers, Corporation. This role is on site, at our Suzhou, China facility. This role is responsible for developing products to support market-driven growth opportunities. The Engineer will perform lab-scale trials and generate reliable data analysis, maintain accurate records and documentation. He/she will work closely with internal team members to understand material and manufacturing constraints and scale products for commercial viability.
Essential Functions:
Execute market-driven development projects. Actively communicate with internal team members. Conduct trials at lab-scale, test and analyze the results, generate a clear experiment record. 50%

Participate in scale-up production process, work with internal teams to solve problems and improve quality. 20%
