Job Description

We're now looking for Development Engineer 
Direct Employment | Cabuyao, Laguna 
Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 
Experience in FOL (Die Attach, Wire Bond) or EOL (Molding, DTFS, Laser Marking) processes 
Background as NPI, Development, or Process Engineer in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing 
Strong knowledge of process development, optimization, and troubleshooting 
Experience in product qualification, process validation, and yield improvement 
Familiar with manufacturing documentation (WI, SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan)
