Site Identification & Evaluation:
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land or property acquisition opportunities.
Conduct preliminary site assessments including zoning, planning restrictions, accessibility, and infrastructure availability.
Feasibility & Due Diligence:
Conduct market research and assist in preparing financial feasibility studies.
Gather and analyse data on comparable developments, demographic trends, and pricing.
Coordinate technical due diligence including land titles, environmental studies, and soil conditions.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (e.g., planners, architects, engineers, legal advisors).
