Job Description

 Development Lead:  
Fixed term 12 months contract with chances of extension
Based in Perth
Experience with React / TypeScript, Python
We are seeking an experienced Development Lead who has experience with people and delivery leader rather than a deep hands on technical specialist (although a solid technical background is still important).
 Key responsibilities:  
Primary value is people leadership, delivery oversight, and BAU stability
Leading an established internal team during a period of business focus elsewhere
Run effective agile ceremonies and work with product teams closely to transform requirements to JIRA user stories for tech teams.
Tech stack is modern but stable: React / TypeScript, Python, Sanity CMS, hosted on AWS
Limited greenfield work - focus is on reliability, prioritisation, and risk management
