Development Manager

The Development Manager is responsible for managing operational activities within the assigned area, ensuring timely and effective project execution aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise field merchandising and activation teams
Ensure proper execution of approved plans and activities through field monitoring
Coordinate with clients and internal teams on operational concerns
Conduct performance reviews, briefings, and team coaching
Ensure timely submission of reports and accurate documentation
Support manpower planning, training, and operational requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Experience in operations, field merchandising, or project management
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Willing to do field work and manage multiple projects
