Development Manager

The Development Manager is responsible for managing operational activities within the assigned area, ensuring timely and effective project execution aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field merchandising and activation teams
• Ensure proper execution of approved plans and activities through field monitoring
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on operational concerns
• Conduct performance reviews, briefings, and team coaching
• Ensure timely submission of reports and accurate documentation
• Support manpower planning, training, and operational requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Experience in operations, field merchandising, or project management
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Willing to do field work and manage multiple projects
