Be part of a milestone project as we deliver Stockland Halcyon Wildflower, our first land lease community in Western Australia. You’ll join at an exciting time as we welcome our first homeowners and ramp up delivery of subsequent stages, helping to shape a vibrant, well‑connected community from the ground up.

As Development Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing, multidisciplinary team to deliver this project in line with Stockland’s development processes, financial benchmarks and project vision.
