The Client
Our client is one of the largest providers of independent living and aged care accommodation. With a development pipeline due to triple over the next 12 months, this group is at the helm of the development of one of the most secure asset classes in Australia.
The Opportunity
With a lean and talented development team, Development Managers manage up to three projects concurrently and take full carriage of the development lifecycle, managing rezoning, planning, DA, procurement and delivery on projects valued from $8m to $300m. These projects range from large greenfield sites for mixed use developments including high density apartments to redevelopments of existing assets and everything in between.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Development Manager working across residential built form projects, exposure to vertical projects essential. End to end experience will be highly regarded, particula...
