Description

Redbrick is developing a new hospitality project at 603 Pandora Avenue in Victoria’s Old Town, envisioned as a contemporary boutique hotel that blends thoughtful architecture with a distinctive guest experience. The project is in its early stages, focusing on entitlement, design development, and overall development strategy. The development will include at least 200 hotel keys, pending City approval, and a mix of food & beverage venues, wellness amenities, and public areas designed to serve both guests and the local community.
