We operate with a very lean internal team and a strong network of expert external partners (CROs, CDMOs, regulatory and quality consultants, academic collaborators).

The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Development Operations Manager to ensure a seamless execution across the development program(s): orchestrating stakeholders, keeping plans on track, anticipating risks, and making sure the right information flows at the right time. You will sit at the center of cross-functional activities spanning CMC, non-clinical, quality and regulatory readiness, supporting the team through key preclinical-to-clinical transition steps.
