(What the role is)

The Venture Build division drives the creation and growth of globally competitive deep‑tech startups and emerging innovation clusters in Singapore. We work with leading venture builders, researchers, corporates, and investors to attract high‑potential founders, cultivate local talent, and accelerate the commercialisation of breakthrough technologies.
Our work spans capability development for founders and technical talent, market entry and partnership support, and the design of targeted interventions—from pilot use cases to regulatory sandboxes—that enable early adoption of new technologies.
By building deep‑tech microcosms and shaping future growth clusters in collaboration with partners across the Innovation Group, industry sectors, and government agencies, Venture Build plays a pivotal role in strengthening Singapore's position as a global hub for deep‑tech innovation and venture creation.
