About the role

Globalview Properties Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Development Project Site Supervisor to join our team in Padang Serai, Kedah. As a fulltime employee, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and activities of construction workers on site
• Ensure projects adhere to health and safety regulations and oversee the implementation of safety protocols
• Monitor the progress of work and identify any potential issues or delays, implementing solutions in a timely manner
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns
• Coordinate the delivery and management of materials, tools, and equipment required for construction
