Job Summary
The Developmental General Trade Manager is responsible for assisting in managing and developing general trade operations, ensuring efficient distribution, sales growth, and strong customer relationships. This role is designed to prepare the employee for a full General Trade Manager position by providing hands-on experience in sales supervision, team leadership, route planning, and operational execution within logistics and distribution.
