Developments Dispatcher

Overview

Brandt Developments Ltd. is currently seeking a Developments Dispatcher for its Regina, SK location. This role is responsible for dispatching building operations staff as well as third party vendors to conduct quality repairs, maintenance and provide new equipment installations. This role also handles customer follow-up by responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner. It is also the responsibility of this role to ensure work is completed within designated timeframes and that accurate billing is established prior to payment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, order, schedule, and receive work of building maintenance vendors and personnel. Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable and contacting vendors as needed.
