DevOps Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Provide application technical support for Lenovo, including developing automation solutions to enhance IT services.
• Collaborate across web architecture, product, and development teams to understand requirements and design operations and maintenance solutions.
• Develop scripts to automate daily operations processes and support CI/CD pipeline deployments.
• Handle day-to-day technical issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within SLA requirements.
• Monitor site performance, identify system bottlenecks, proactively learn new technologies, and continuously optimize systems and processes.
