DevOps Engineer – 12 months contract

Our client is a leading international bank. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to support them on a strategic hire for a 12-month contract in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience as DevOps Engineer, supporting FX or Fixed Income trading systems or application in a front-office environment
• Strong investment banking background
• Solid understanding of capacity management and ability to analyse performance requirements
• In-depth knowledge of FX Cash products including Spot, Outright, Forwards, and NDFs
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C, and C++ programming languages
• Expertise in Linux/UNIX systems and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Experience with vendor products such as Geneos, KDB, Barracuda OMS, Grafana/Influx DB, SPLUNK, and Reuters TREP is considered an advantage.
