DevOps Engineer

Confiz is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer (Observability / Monitoring) to design, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade observability and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD, automation, cloud infrastructure, and modern observability stacks such as Splunk and New Relic.
The candidate should be flexible to work from 2 PM to 11 PM PKT.
Responsibilities
Implement and support observability frameworks across logs, metrics, and traces using Splunk, New Relic, and related telemetry tools.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring integrations, and alerting systems for distributed applications.
Collaborate with development, SRE, and platform teams to ensure proactive system visibility and performance optimization.
Integrate observability solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
Troubleshoot complex system and data ingestion issues related to telemetry and logging pipelines.
