DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for applications, including developing automation solutions to enhance IT service delivery;
• Collaborate across web architecture, product, and development teams to understand business requirements and design operational support solutions;
• Develop scripts to automate daily operations processes and support CI/CD pipeline deployments;
• Handle day-to-day technical issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and ensure resolution within defined SLA timelines;
• Monitor application and site performance, identify system bottlenecks, proactively learn new technologies, and continuously optimize systems and processes.
