**About the Role**:
You will be located in our office in Monterrey, Mexico. Join our global team specializing in Reliability Engineering and Services, collaborating with DevOps Engineers and Operational Experts. As a Cloud Systems Integration Engineer - Observability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge Observability solutions powered by Big Data, streaming pipelines, Machine Learning, and Large Language models. You'll focus on integrating public and private cloud solutions into the SAP ecosystem, optimizing alerts, metrics, and logs using AI-driven Observability solutions. You will work as part of an implementation project, with an eye toward integration and operationalization, where you will ultimately join the core SRE teams in support of the environments.
