 Responsibilities 
Production Support:
Manage users requests and production incidents while providing regular feedback to end users.
Pro-actively monitor production systems and ensure that our monitoring tools are in line with our needs and take initiatives to improve their efficiency.
Ensure our system scabaility, performance and reliabality to support our business fullfilling our SLA.
Actively contribute to our follow the sun support model by engaging with peers in Europe and America in order to provide 24/6 technical support to our clients and internal traders. 
Follow group's cyber security guildlines to ensure our systems is up to date.
Contribute the migration to public cloud transformation.
