                    Responsibilities Define and drive a DevSecOps strategy that delivers secure, automated CI/CD pipelines at scale 
Build and evolve API platforms, including gateways and developer portals, to accelerate innovation 
Embed security by design into every step of the development lifecycle 
Set governance and standards for API lifecycle management, including versioning, throttling, and analytics 
Accelerate adoption of infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration 
Lead cloud-native and microservices transformations to future-proof the platform landscape 
Guide and inspire engineers to build a culture of automation, ownership, and innovation 
Requirements Master's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field 
8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or API management 
3+ years of experience in a leadership role
